When you place an order from the Happy Store, you are automatically opted in to receive order info and new product launch info via mail.
You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting us at email@example.com. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you might not get all the communications regarding your order and your account.
We respect the privacy and security of information.
We collect personally identifiable information (including e-mails, addresses, names, and phone numbers) from you when you set up an account or place an order. We share this information only with our vendor that prints & ships your orders. We might use your contact information to send you customized offers.
If you are on a public computer, we strongly suggest closing the browser window after your session to prevent misuse.
Our website encrypts your credit card number and other information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of all data. Only those employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access.

All orders are subject to acceptance by poornimakapoor.com. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
All products are printed on a per order-basis. No cancellations can be made once the order is processed (placed with our vendor) or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within 2 business days after receipt of the merchandise to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be made of any kind. We will however replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise, the cost of which is to be beard by the buyer . We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
All our shipping is arranged by a third-party vendor that prints our products. We will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
We neither make any explicit warranty nor imply or accept any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that buyer is buying. We may but do not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price.
We will not refund any money for the orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was being processed. Any cancellations to be made before such time must be requested via e-mail to email@example.com. In a certain case where the order was not processed we will make refunds upon deduction of 2.9% on amount paid ( 2.9% is the transaction fee charged by payment gateway, hence making it a non-refundable amount).
